Product Details

Oxidizing emulsion 5 vol/1.5%. Stabilised developer specifically formulated to guarantee maximum performance when used with Blonde Toner shades mixed with pH Modulator.

5 Vol Activator and Ph Balancer mitigates lifting on natural hair when wishing to tone highlighted hair. Lightened areas will be beautifully toned while natural colour or areas you wish to stay true to colour with not lighten further. Ph Balancer changes the alkalinity of the toner to stop lift.
