We hope you are happy with your purchase from Musandco. If you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

To be accepted for return, items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, opened, altered or is not returned in its original condition.

Original delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products once opened or used. This may include, but is not limited to:

Hair care products
Beauty products
Cosmetic products
Personal care items
Opened liquids, creams, treatments or sprays
Items with broken seals
Clearance or final sale items, where stated

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mus@musandco.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item, packaging and delivery label where relevant

We will review each case and offer the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or further investigation.

How To Arrange A Return

To request a return, please contact us at mus@musandco.com before sending anything back.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process unauthorised returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
