When is your customer service team available? +
You can contact our customer service team by email from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. We will always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Delivery
What are my shipping options? +
Orders placed before 3pm are normally processed for next working day delivery where available. Weekend delivery is not included unless it is selected or arranged at checkout.
When should I expect my order to arrive? +
Orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Thursday are usually delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm are usually delivered on the following working day. Weekend delivery is only available where it has been specifically selected or arranged.
My order has not arrived when expected, what should I do? +
Please email us at Contact Us with your order number and delivery details. Our team will check the delivery status and come back to you as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our returns process.
