Shipping Policy

At Musandco, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, subject to stock availability, order volume and security checks.

Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location, seasonal delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, delivery address and the shipping method selected.

If free delivery is available, this will be shown clearly at checkout.

Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday may be processed the same working day where stock is available. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your dispatch email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Musandco cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or parcels delivered to an incorrect address where incorrect details have been provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery, we may deduct any delivery or return costs from your refund, or a re delivery fee may apply.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen during transit.

Bank Holidays and Busy Periods

During UK bank holidays, sale periods and busy seasonal periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
