    Shipping policy

    Shipping Policy

    At Musandco, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

    Order Processing Time

    In-stock orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday for eligible UK delivery addresses are normally processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally processed on the next working day, subject to stock availability and security checks.

    UK Delivery

    Eligible UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday are usually delivered on the next working day. Standard delivery estimates for the eligible UK shipping zone are 1–2 business days; Northern Ireland standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Availability and the final delivery estimate depend on the address and are shown at checkout. Courier delays can occur, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.

    Shipping Costs

    Standard delivery is £6.99 in the eligible UK shipping zone, with free delivery for orders of £75 or more. Northern Ireland standard delivery is £10. Available options and final charges are confirmed at checkout.

    If free delivery is available, this will be shown clearly at checkout.

    Order Cut Off Time

    Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday may be dispatched the same working day where stock is available. The usual next-working-day delivery expectation applies to eligible orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday.

    Tracking Your Order

    Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your dispatch email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

    Incorrect Delivery Details

    Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Musandco cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or parcels delivered to an incorrect address where incorrect details have been provided by the customer.

    If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery, we may deduct any delivery or return costs from your refund, or a re delivery fee may apply.

    Delayed or Missing Parcels

    Delivery dates are not guaranteed. While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen during transit.

    Bank Holidays and Busy Periods

    During UK bank holidays, sale periods and busy seasonal periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
